Our Philosophy

Our Coffee

Our philosophy is simple; you will get the best cup of coffee, in whichever format you choose, every time you visit our stores. Our unique blend of 100% Fairtrade coffee is specially roasted for us weekly. The shorter the time between roasting and serving, the fresher, smoother and fuller flavoured the taste.

Our Teas

Insomnia is proud to partner with Solaris Tea to provide a quality herbal tea range. Based in the West of Ireland, Solaris has won 12 Great Taste Awards, Best Irish Organic Grocery Product by An Bord Bia and the Eurotoque Award by the Irish branch of the European Community of Chefs and Cooks.  It is clear that Solaris Tea is anything but your ordinary cup of tea. The Insomnia range of Solaris Teas includes 9 whole-leaf herbal teas.

Our commitment to quality and excellence is continued in our sandwiches. Every sandwich is individually handmade using local ingredients ensuring that the food we sell is fresh, healthy and of the highest standards. We have over 25 different varieties of sandwiches on a selection of nine different breads, something to suit every taste.

Our Salads

Why not kick-start a healthy summer with our salad range; a complete range of  salads, funky couscous cakes salad with hummus to oriental sesame chicken noodle salad or a classic tuna nicoise. There is something to everyone’s liking.

The salad prices are pretty refreshing too; you can combine any salad with any hot  beverage for just €6.00. Enjoy!

Our Pastries, Desserts and Bagels

To compliment our coffee at any time of the day, we have a wide selection freshly baked bagels, pastries and delicious desserts that are delivered daily. We can not do everything ourselves and so stick to what we are good at and work with a carefully selected group of suppliers who meet are high standards of excellence.

Our Soups

We have a delicious range of gourmet soups made for us daily by the Soup Café. They are made from all natural ingredients and are low in fat. Moreover, most of our soups are gluten free too. We offer several varieties daily and they are served with fresh bread and butter. These are truly unique soups of which the meaty ones are more like a casserole than a soup. See our soup menu in store for our daily fresh soup selection.
