Replacing a Damaged or Lost ZAPA Tag
If you have lost your ZAPA Tag or it has been damaged in some way and no longer works, you can get a new tag by simply asking any Insomnia Barista in-store. If you have already registered your tag, you can transfer your old points balance to your new tag online. We recommend you transfer your points balance before you use your new tag, otherwise you will not be able to transfer your balance online.
To transfer your loyalty points balance online:
- Go to http://zapatag.ie/
- Log in to your ZAPA Tag account
- Once you have logged in, select the “replace ZAPA TAG” button on the left hand side of the page.
- Enter your new tag number in the box and click “submit”
If you have already used your new tag and want to transfer your points balance, email contactus@zapatag.ie and send your old tag number (if you have it), your full name and your new tag number and request your balance to be transferred.
