WHY REGISTER YOUR ZAPA TAG?

Redeem your points

Go into any participating Insomnia coffee shop, place your order, tell the barista you want to redeem your points and tap your ZAPA Tag. The points are deducted in real time, so your ZAPA account is automatically updated. Remember, you must register your details in order to redeem any points and have a minimum of 100 points in order to redeem.

Protect your points:

When you register your ZAPA Tag, your points are saved to your personal ZAPA account, so should you lose your ZAPA Tag your points are not lost (if you do not register and lose your ZAPA Tag, your points cannot be recovered). In the case of losing your ZAPA Tag, just ask for a new tag at any of our participating Insomnia coffee shops. Email ZAPA at contactus@zapatag.ie with your old tag number (if you have it), your full name and your new tag number and request your points balance to be transferred from your old tag to your new one.

If you don’t register your ZAPA Tag, ZAPA will be unable to link the points you collected on your old tag with your new tag so it is important to register your tag to protect your points!

View your points balance:

There are 3 ways to view your ZAPA Tag points balance:

1) In-Store
When you use your ZAPA Tag at a participating Insomnia coffee store, your points will be printed on your receipt.

2) Online
You may log in at http://zapatag.ie/ with your ZAPA username and password to view your points balance.

3) Mobile Phone
The ZAPA Application (ZAPA App) for iPhone and Android allows you to check your points balance, see available Insomnia offers, find Insomnia coffee stores near you and register your ZAPA Tag. You must register your ZAPA Tag in order to use this App.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR ZAPA TAG

Registering your ZAPA Tag is easy and only takes a few short minutes. Follow these steps in order to protect your tag and your Insomnia loyalty points:

1) Go to http://zapatag.ie/

2) Click on the “Register Now” button in the centre of the ZAPA website. This will take you straight to the ZAPA Tag Registration page.

NOTE: The most important step in the process is to correctly register your 8 digit ZAPA Tag number and email address. Your ZAPA Tag number can be found along the side of your tag at the end of the ZAPA logo.

3) Fill out your details and click the submit button and you are ready to start tapping!

After you have finished registering, you may log in to your account on the ZAPA website to view your account balance and what rewards or offers you have earned! The login box is on the top right of the ZAPA website.
