Terms and Conditions

1. You can only avail of the Insomnia Zapa Tag loyalty program in stores where ZAPA is available. Please find a list of participating stores here.
2. 10th free coffee only applies to hot beverages bought outside of promotional deals.
3. Points can only be earned when making a purchase.
4. Points are earned for every euro spent, 2 points = 2 cent.
5. Points accumulate on the basis of every €0.50 spent.
6. A minimum of 100 points is required for redemption.
7. Points may not be redeemed for cash.
8. You must register your details in order to redeem points. You can register at http://zapatag.ie/.
9. 5 extra KeepCup points can only be earned when ordering your hot beverage in your INSOMNIA KeepCup.
10. Points are valid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date that they are awarded; once expired they cannot be.
11. The promoter reserves the right to reject any loyalty ZAPA Tag if they deem that it has been forged or otherwise tampered with.
12. The Insomnia Loyalty ZAPA Tag remains the property of the promoter and must be surrendered if so requested. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to issue a membership tag and terminate or otherwise alter the rewards scheme without prior notice. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters regarding the loyalty scheme.
13. If you have not made any purchases during a period of six months as a member of the scheme you may be eliminated from the rewards program. You may rejoin at any time.
14. At your written request, your name can be removed from the Insomnia rewards scheme.
15. Insomnia has the right to change or terminate the Loyalty scheme at any time.
