For those rock splitting, sunny days (yes, we are being very optimistic) we have three thirst quenching lemonade drinks, ideal for staying cool and summering on. If that wasn’t enough, we’re introducing an array of delicious summer inspired patisserie products for you to treat yourself to.
Al fresco we hope will be the theme of this summer, and we have added to our lunchtime menu with more great products.

The Brunch ICECAP™
Let’s be honest, who hasn’t enjoyed a crumbly biscuit Brunch ice cream at some point during a summer scorcher? Brunch is a flavour synonymous with the Irish palate, one sure to evoke some nostalgic summer memories. This summer you won’t need to chase the ice cream van to get your Brunch fix, as we introduce the Brunch ICECAP™, made up of smooth vanilla and strawberry blended frappe coated in the signature Brunch biscuit crumble!
The Oreo™ ICECAP™
The world’s most popular cookie, blended with ice and milk, covered with Cream and topped off with a mini OREO™ cookie.
The Caramel Latte ICECAP™
Ideal for all the Insomniacs that still need their espresso fix, this blended frappe contains a mix of espresso, vanilla, milk and caramel syrup, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with caramel sauce.
The Mango ICECAP™
Get fruity with Mango smoothie and Vanilla Frappe blended with Ice and topped with whipped cream.
We have just what you need for those warm summer days (touch wood), and if you fancy something Zesty, then you’ll have to try one of our three refreshingly delicious lemonades; Traditional or Raspberry Lemonade, or Peach Ice Tea.
Granita is an Italian frozen dessert very similar to sorbet, except that a Granita’s texture is coarser and flakier - like eating snow! It's briefly crunchy at the first gulp and then melts deliciously in your mouth. Give this a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Coffee Over Ice
If it’s too hot for your favourite coffee, try it over Ice! Our iced coffees start with an Insomnia Classic and just serve it over ice. There are many varieties to choose from, why not try:
- ICED Americano with Hazelnut or Carmel Syrup – the original ICED Coffee, very refreshing and recommend with syrup such as Hazelnut or Caramel.
- ICED Caffe Latte/Cappuccino – these are cool and smooth – Insomnia espresso served over ice with milk
- ICED Caffe Mocha Dark or White – Insomnia Espresso, rich dark or white chocolate sauce and steamed milk served over ice.
Let us introduce our first summer treat; the Mojito Cake, light mint sponge and white rum syrup, layered with mojito flavoured icing garnished with lime zest and crushed pecans. One Mojito, two mojitos, three mojitos, more!
Tarte Au Citron
Sit back with a Raspberry Lemonade and our traditional lemon citron custard with short crust pastry base, garnished with a fresh raspberry. The Tarte Au Citron, a real taste of summer.
London Fog Earl Grey & Lavender Slice
We are offering a slice of summer with our light Earl Grey Tea flavoured sponge cake, drenched with a sweet sticky syrup, topped with a light vanilla butter cream, garnished with edible flowers.
Mint Bubble Chocolate Brownie
For all those chocoholics, we wouldn’t forget about you, for our final bakery product this summer, we will be serving up our mint bubble chocolate brownie. Glazed with peppermint fudge icing, rich chocolate ganache and mint chocolate pieces, this tasty treat will leave you graving for more.

The Toastie Tuna Melt Fest
Tuna chunks in spicy chilli mayonnaise with red cheddar cheese on thick white grilled cheese toast.
