Edita C., Manager at Insomnia St. Stephen's Green.

-Where are you originally from?  I am from Lithuania and have been in Ireland for 6 years. I came to Dublin to visit a friend and fell in love with the city so I decided to stay. -What do you like best about working at Insomnia? I like the people at Insomnia. I am a people person and I really enjoy interacting with customers- seeing familiar faces every day and meeting new ones- developing relationships with them. I also like working in a team. The staff manage are hardworking and friendly and we learn from each other every day. -What Insomnia beverage should customers try? Caramel Cappuccino- that’s my favourite. It is a caramel flavoured hot cappuccino. -Have you had any celebrity encounters? We have been visited by Martin Sheen, Miley Cyrus and famous Irish celebrities like Miss World 2003 Rosanna Davison and Bobby Kerr (every morning). When I worked in our Blackrock coffee shop. I met Bono from U2! I took his order. -If you were on Dragon’s Den, what business would you propose Bobby Kerr to invest in? A baby clothing store. I think there is demand for quality baby clothes at affordable prices. I can teach him a thing or two about baby clothes! Bobby we should talk!
