In October 2017 we invited sixteen of Insomnia’s top baristas to come together to compete to become this year's Insomnia’s Latte Art Thrown Down champion. Pouring a good coffee is an art in itself but we challenged our talented baristas to present us with delicious, aromatic coffee with a twist.

Three weeks ago, Shannon Gospel Choir gave an amazing performance at Insomnia Shannon! We had an amazing audience and all seats were taken to see this much-loved choir. A generous amount was raised (€370) for the Goradiche Orphanage (St. Senan’s Parish, Shannon) during the evening.
