Taste like s'moooore
1. Preheat your oven to 160ºC
2. Line a 20cm springform tin with greaseproof paper
3. Place the chocolate and butter in a large bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water and stir until melted
4. Remove the chocolate and butter mixture from the heat and mix thoroughly with a spatula until combined. Stir in the sugar and then gradually add the eggs. Sift in the flour with the baking powder and mix again ensuring there are no lumps of flour
5. Add in the white chocolate
6. Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and spread evenly making sure the white chocolate is evenly dispersed.
7. Bake in oven for 30 – 35 minutes and add the broken biscuits and marshmallows
8. Bake for a further 5 minutes and test with skewer, it should be a little sticky
9. Remove from the oven and leave the brownies to cool in the tin for another 30 minutes.
10. Remove the S’mores from the tin and cut into portions
