We recently gathered at Croke Park for our second annual Long Service Awards, honouring our team members who have been with us 5, 10, 15 and 20 years.
The occasion provided a fantastic opportunity to celebrate and extend our gratitude to our long-serving members. Their dedication, hard work and loyalty are integral to our success. At Insomnia, we take pride in fostering a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our team.

From our talented baristas, hardworking supervisors and store managers to our head office and senior management team each recipient demonstrates impressive loyalty and commitment to bringing excellence to work every day.

Congratulations to all our long-serving members, with a special shout out to our Franchise Operations Manager Diane and our Clontarf Manager Lily who celebrated 20 years with Insomnia and our longest serving Café Managers Mary and Margery.
