We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our newest Insomnia Coffee location in the food court of Liffey Valley Shopping Centre! Whether you’re fuelling up for a day of retail therapy or winding down after a busy afternoon, our new café is the perfect place to recharge.
Our Liffey Valley store serves expertly handcrafted coffee made by skilled baristas who truly care about what they do. From rich espressos and velvety lattes to indulgent hot chocolates, refreshing iced drinks, and creamy milkshakes, there’s something for every taste.

The café is led by our manager Kamila and supervisor Julieta, alongside a fantastic team of baristas: Chloe, Shalini, Yue, Aoife and Hava, bringing their passion and expertise to every cup.
