We are delighted to announce our newest store opening in partnership with Central Co-op, located in the idyllic town of Bakewell, Derbyshire. The cafe will feature a selection of Fairtrade Coffee, Belgian Hot Chocolate, milkshakes and sundaes, bakery, pastries, sandwiches, and much more.

Our new Christmas Menu is also available in-store with a range of treats and beverages, including Gingerbread Latte

Insomnia Thurles has been named as Café & Restaurant of the Year at the AIB Merchant Services Retail Excellence Awards 2022. This represents the second year in a row that Insomnia has won the Café & Restaurant of the Year category with Insomnia Shackleton picking up the accolade last year.

Insomnia Coffee Company are pleased to partner with leading UK retailer, the Central Co-op and open a brand-new Insomnia coffee shop in Eastham. Coffee lovers will be able to enjoy Insomnia’s signature Fairtrade blend, along with milkshakes, ice cream, cakes, pastries, sandwiches, and more.

Located on New Chester Road, the spacious mezzanine level café is a welcoming space
