26 May2016 Ardkeen - Our second store in Waterford

Here at Insomnia HQ, we just love Waterford so much that we decided to open a second store in Ireland's oldest city. We've opened in the lovely village of Ardkeen, where Nerijus - our store manager is selfie king! Nerijus is originally from Lithuania but now lives in Dunmore East. He says that he looks forward to sharing his passion and passing on his knowledge to his new Ardkeen team.

The store, located on the Dunmore Road beside Aldi includes a comfy and spacious inside area - perfect for chilling after finishing the shopping! It also has an outside area, which will be ideal for relaxing out in the sun with one of our summer drinks (weather dependent!)

Nerijus, who's favourite drink is a double espresso with a dash of hazelnut syrup, has managed our other Waterford store in Penneys and thinks that Insomnia is the perfect coffee for the area! His ultimate career goal would be to progress in Insomnia to a regional manager or trainer for Insomnia.

Our Ardkeen baristas shared their favourite things about the area - the Waterford beach and Viking Triangle. All would like to progress to become a supervisor and eventually a store manager.
