Castlecourt welcomes Insomnia Coffee

Today Insomnia opened our newest store in Castlecourt Shopping Centre Belfast!

This is the first Belfast city centre store to open, it joins Belfast International Services as Insomnia’s second store in Northern Ireland. Located on the ground floor of Castlecourt Shopping Centre, this is a spacious store with internal seating for 35 customers.

Store manager, Sarah, who also manages the Insomnia store in Belfast International Services, at Belfast Airport, has been working in the coffee industry for over 11 years. Sarah says she is looking forward to running an Insomnia store in the city centre as it will raise the brand profile in Northern Ireland and will introduce the Insomnia brand to a new stream of customers. Sarah’s favourite coffee to keep her going while she’s at work is a skinny latte and her lunch time favourite is Insomnia’s new beetroot falafel wrap. Sarah will be leading the new Belfast team with the help of supervisor Orsolya.

Harry O’Kelly, CEO of Insomnia Coffee Company said “we are delighted to open in Belfast City Centre, I’m sure our coffee will be very popular and hope the store will become a local hub”. The store design reflects Insomnia’s coffee heritage whilst also taking and combining inspiration from vintage tea shops and industrial urban lofts. A welcoming and comfortable space using fabrics and natural finishes punctuated with quirky and fun branding evokes a great ambience.

The store will occupy 1100sq ft on the ground floor of the centre and will create approximately 10 new jobs in this busy city centre shopping destination. The full Insomnia menu is available including newly introduced Voyager Single Origin Coffee and Insomnia’s summer favourites the Brunch and Oreo Icecaps.
