10 Dec2018 Dundalk – we are back!

Today we’ve opened a new store in Dundalk, Co. Louth!

Located in the Neighbourhood Centre, next to Dunnes Stores, the store is located near the industrial estate, the primary schools and colleges.

Rebecca Duffy Hamil is the new store manager and has worked with Insomnia for more than 7 years, she started as a barista in  Malahide and more recently became store manager in Blanchardstown.  Rebecca is now opening Dundalk and is thrilled about  the new challenge!

The interior design of our new Dundalk store has been a big hit with customers so far. Dundalk coffee lovers are especially impressed with the unique elements such as the wall photo gallery, the large teacup clock, and the array of seating options. Whether you want a corner to cosy up in or sit in with a group of friends, this store has been built with a variety of customers in mind.

Shauna Woods, Barista, has previously worked with Insomnia in Heatons Dundalk, “I choose to work with Insomnia as I have a passion for coffee and for providing great  customer service - what better way to combine the two than by working for a company that pride themselves on providing both!”

Shauna believes the local’s favourites will be the Christmas Hot Chocolates – right in time for the holiday season! “The people of the town are excited to have Insomnia return.” Shauna said this morning. 

Lauryn Ryan, our barista, who is thrilled with the opening, said this morning “I have a  passion for making coffee. I genuinely love the art of making the best cup of coffee for customers. As a lover of coffee, I want to provide the best quality cup of coffee to customers and be able to work for a place I know and love.”

The full range of Insomnia Christmas products are available in Insomnia Dundalk, including the gingerbread latte, Golden Caramel Hot Chocolate, and bakery goods such as red velvet cake, Christmas Tree Brownie and gingerbread people.
