06 Sep2018 Ennis – More coffee (and music) in town!

Today we’ve opened our second site in Ennis, Co. Clare! The new shop is located on O’Connell Street at the heart of the town.

To celebrate the opening, we’ll have live acoustic music from 2pm- 3pm by Chris Ward, a musician from Limerick, brought by Damian O’Rourke and his Live Music segment “Cuppa Tea TV”.

Charlotte, who started working with Insomnia in 2015 with the opening of the first Insomnia store in Ennis (Ennis Shopping Centre) is now moving on to this second location as a store manager. After 3 year’s Charlotte is thrilled to be managing a second store in town “it’s great to see Insomnia growing and creating another local coffee shop in Ennis! I’m sure we’ll be busy and well received by the local community!”.

The new shop has created five new jobs in Ennis, Garbhan, one of our new team members said this morning “I used to go to my local Insomnia for afternoon coffee with my friends and it seemed like a nice place to work, I love the coffee and can’t wait to serve it to our new customers!”.

Rebecca, who is new to the company too said, “This is a great location and the community is very friendly”.
