Today we open our doors in Insomnia Naas! We are thrilled to open the new store in Co. Kildare, located at 35/37 North Main Street, right in the heart of the town.

To take care of all the new regular customers, we have a full team of 8 new employees joining the Insomnia team, 4 baristas and 4 trainee baristas, as well as our store manager Katarzyna Czarnecka who has transferred to us from our Portlaoise store and is really excited about the new opening!

Sinead is one of our new baristas to join the new team and has a wealth of experience, 30 years, in the hospitality industry, so is defintely well equipped to handle all customers' coffee needs! She is looking forward to the joining the new team and notes that Insomnia "has a great reputation as a very good employer and look after their employees very well”.

Sarah, another new barista, was eager to join the team as it is her favourite coffee brand and has always found the staff in our cafes to be happy and friendly! Her favourite Insomnia beverage is a mocha and think the locals will favour a flat white, as well as Insomnia's festive options. Amy Harte, another new trainee barista to the team, is excited about the store opening and chose Insomnia as her place of work as it's a "it's a great company with Fairtrade coffee and environmental awareness". Her favourite food item is our delicious sticky toffee muffin. Our other new barista, Tatiana shares a passion for coffee, and with 7 years in the business shes got it down! She enjoys a simple americano.

Insomnia Naas is a beautiful new store with shelves of books that we welcome customers to enjoy while they relax with a coffee; our book swap system also encourages customers to take a book away with them as long as they leave one to stay in its place. The store is equipped with a fun playhouse for kids to keep them entertained for hours!
