25 Apr2016 Insomnia announced as ‘Best Indigenous Irish Franchise’ at the Irish Franchise Awards 2016
We are absolutely thrilled to be named ‘Best Indigenous Irish Franchise’ in the 21st annual Irish Franchise Awards that recognise excellence in franchising and outstanding achievements of businesses and individuals in the franchise industry.
We were shortlisted for this award against Sherry Fitzgerald Countrywide, Supermacs & AIL Group – a strong calibre of nominees!
The award ceremony was held on Friday 22nd April, at the Radisson St Helen’s Hotel in Dublin and is celebrating 21 years this year – one of the longest running business award ceremonies in Ireland! 230 guests attended the black-tie gala event hosted by Newstalk’s Jonathan Healy.
We were presented with an engraved bespoke crystal award and a framed Certificate of Excellence by Paul Cooke, Chief Executive of The Sunday Business Post. Both are now sitting proudly in reception of our new offices on Francis Street.
AIB, Head of Business Banking, Catherine Moroney said “I would like to congratulate the award winners on being recognised among so many stand out franchise systems in Ireland. AIB is delighted to support these awards and looks forward to supporting continued success of the franchise sector in Ireland.”
David Killeen, Chairman of the Irish Franchise Association said “The awards are an opportunity for us to formally recognise and celebrate the excellent work being done by all franchise operators in growing our sector.”
We hope to be back as winners in 2017!
