Having opened in Shannon last week, we find ourselves back in the Banner county once more, this time to open in Ennis Shopping Cenre. The Insomnia team and I have been hard at work this week, ensuring everything was ready in order for our barista's to serve up our premium coffee to the people of Ennis.

Ennis, like all of our more recent stores, has a contemparary feel, ample seating options and decor to match. 

With Christmas fast approaching and the hectic shopping season beginning, our new Ennis store will be the ideal spot to take a break and enjoy the Christmas festivities by trying some of our new seasonal drinks, including Red Velvet Hot Chocolate, Hazelnut Hot Chocolate, Crème Brulee Latté and Cappuccino, and Gingerbread Latté and Cappuccino.

Charlotte, the Ennis store manager, had discussed with me earlier how the team and herself were all very excited to get started, and were looking forward to serving the people of Ennis their Insomnia coffee. So if you're in the area, be sure to pop in and see the team, treat yourself to some of our Insomnia goodies (its Christmas after all) and relax with friends.
