Insomnia Coffee has landed in Shannon, as our latest store has opened in the Skycourt Shopping Centre.

The café provides a spacious and comfortable seating area, with comfy vibrant arm chairs to sink into, for you to sit back, relax and catch up with friends over our premium Insomnia coffee.

With Christmas fast approaching and the hectic shopping season beginning, our new Skycourt store will be the ideal spot to take a break and enjoy the Christmas festivities by trying some of our new seasonal drinks, including Red Velvet Hot Chocolate, Hazelnut Hot Chocolate, Crème Brulee Latté and Cappuccino, and Gingerbread Latté and Cappuccino.

Our manager Bart and his team are eager to serve the Shannon population. The SkyCourt manager Pat Kelly, about the opening has said: “The energy on the malls this week is great; we are really delighted to see the Centre already invigorated by the arrival of these two national brands. I particularly congratulate Eoin and Joan Hoctor on the investment they have made in their new, enlarged outlet; it’s a great new asset for SkyCourt. I also welcome the Insomnia team; the reaction to the store on its first day of trading has been amazing. Their arrival has extended the dining options available in the Centre.”

Along with your coffee, you can also get a bite to eat from our selection of delicious sandwiches, wraps and paninis or choose between some of our yummy pastries and snacks also.
