30 May2019 Latest coffee update in the Midwest: Claremorris, Co. Mayo we have arrived!

We’re thrilled to have opened today a new Insomnia in Claremorris, Co. Mayo! 

Claremorris is the fastest growing town in Co. Mayo and it’s located near Knock Hill, Land of the Giants and Mayfield Lake. 

Insomnia Claremorris is the third site in Co. Mayo. Located in The Silverbridge Plaza, near Tesco and other local businesses and surrounded by a big car parking area it’s the perfect place for those looking to relax for a while or looking for a shopping coffee break. 

The store is also 6-minute walking away from the town Leisure Centre – perfect for that pre-gym meal and an extra coffee boost! 

When we asked our baristas and store manager what they have to say about Claremorris, all of them mentioned the same thing:  Claremorris is a very friendly town and with a very supportive community!

The team will be celebrating the official new opening Thursday, 6th June with an Outside broadcast from Midwest Radio – pop in for a day full of surprises and give-aways with our Spinning Wheel and to experience the ultimate coffee technology with our new COFFie selfie machine and print your photo on your coffee! 

Ivelina Nacheva, our Store Manager, who has over 9 years of coffee experience and has been working with Insomnia for over 4 years in Eyre Square and Eason Galway, is thrilled with the new opening “Insomnia is a great company that is flexible and adapting to different market trends, keeps investing in people and new products, keeps opening new stores, and has a great head office team to help and back up managers.” 

Anita Canny, our barista, is from Claremorris and lives nearby the shop, is looking forward for the new journey at Insomnia as she enjoys very much working with coffee and people.

Hareem Tahir, who is also starting at insomnia as a barista, has more than 3 years of experience with coffee and mention this morning “I choose to work here because I love the inviting atmosphere it gives, I use to always go to Insomnia about four times a week to go there to relax and study, I loved the staff and I felt like I could fit in as well. But most importantly I love coffee and I love the art of coffee. I also adore customers and love meeting new people and I feel like this job is perfect for me.”
