New store in Ballybrack

Ballybrack is a small suburb of Dublin, located in Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown county. It's neighbouring areas include Killiney and Loughlinstown.

Our team were up bright and early today to open our doors to the Ballybrack community. And just in case people might have missed us we decided to put a giant cup outside the store.

Our manager Anita, orginally from Poland has been living in Tallaght for the last 10 years. She is looking forward to managing the new Ballybrack team as she says they have an abundance of coffee experience between them all. Her favourite drink is a white mocha but she thinks that our signature hot chocolate will be a local favourite - espically among the school children that have visited the store! Anita like to read, go to zumba class and spend time with her family when she is not working.

John, our store supervisor is from Shankhill. Like Anita, John agrees that the hot chocolate will go down a favourite in the area! His dream job is to own his own coffee & cocktail bar. And in five years time, he sees himself as a latte art champion. In his spare time he like to cook and bake, and he has a hidden talent of mixology

Our two Ballybrack baristas are Daniel and Gabi. Daniel is a Ballybrack native, living in Coolerin. He explains that the area has a close community, and this is something he loves about living there! His ultimate career goal would be to own his own coffee shop. He would hop to progress to supervisor and then onto manager. An avid car and motorbike fan, he ysed to play a lot of Irihs musical instruments including the violin, tin whistle, flute and the baron!

Gabi is living in Bray and her favourite drink is a latte! Her current career goal is to perfect her latte art skills. Like Daniel, she too, would like to progress to supervisor one day.
