Roscommon, have we got brews for you! Dominik, our regional manager was instore today as the doors opened in our new store in Roscommon town, and was delighted with the warm welcome Insomnia has received already. Located on the main street of Roscommon, our staff look forward to welcoming customers in for a place to sit relax and enjoy a coffee while out and about town.

The new store has provided employment for 5 new staff in the town, and supervisor, Sachin, hopes that the café will become a hub for the local community.

Barista, Kirsten, is an expert in all things in Insomnia having worked with the company for almost two years. She said “When I heard Insomnia was coming back to Roscommon I couldn’t wait to join the team. It’s a great addition to the town”.

Insomnia Roscommon has the latest Insomnia store design with unique elements such as a wall photo gallery, a large teacup clock, and an array of seating options, so whether you want a corner to cosy up in, somewhere to park up your pram or a large seating area for a group of friends, this store has been built to cater to all of our customer’s needs.

If you’re popping in to the Farmer’s market mid-week or doing some shopping in the town centre Insomnia will have the freshest Fairtrade coffee and delicious cakes ready for you to enjoy!
