We’re thrilled to have opened our latest Cork store in Eurospar Cobh. We’ll be open from 06:30am Monday – Saturday and 8am Sunday, so we’ve got that caffeine hit covered along with breakfast, lunch and snack options! 

Located on the Newtown Road, Ballyvoloon, our barista’s are ready and waiting to serve you your favourite drink whether you're popping in for your morning coffee after the school run or catching up with friends, we’ve got lots of parking available and coffee for that matter!

Insomnia Manager Sharon is new to the Insomnia family but has 8 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, she is looking forward to taking on the challenge of the coffee world! Her favourite drink is a Caramel Latte and she is a big fan of our Ham and Cheese Panini. Sharon thinks our Latte will be the locals favourite drink while store manager Shane disagrees and thinks the mighty Cappuccino will reign supreme. He’s excited about the addition of our Insomnia Barista’s and thinks it will give the store a nice homely warm vibe. 

So, whether you’re in town to visit Spike Island, on the Titanic trail or just soaking up all that Cobh has to offer, make sure you stop by for a coffee or two.
