We’re very pleased to announce that we have opened our first UK store of the year in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Insomnia Sleaford manager, Michelle is looking forward to welcoming all our new customers in Sleaford and thinks that a new coffee shop is just what the local community needs.

Insomnia manager Michelle has over 5 years’ experience in the hospitality sector and was attracted to the role with Insomnia as she “Thought this was an exciting new venture and previously tried the coffee and loved it”.

Insomnia Sleaford is our first store opening with Hockmeyer Motors. Hockmeyer store manager Rachael Hockmeyer said “We have a lovely big site and are always trying to add extra goods and services for our customers, we loved the Insomnia brand when we saw it at another Spar store and were keen to give our customers the change to try this fantastic coffee. Holdingham did not have a community central area and we think a Coffee Shop is ideal for this purpose”.

Rachel also told us that her favourite hot beverage was “always a flat white, until I tried Chai Latte this week!”. 

Insomnia Sleaford which offers indoor and outdoor seating for 60 customers, free wifi and has created ten new jobs in the community. Our Insomnia treats programme is also available in store.
