We are delighted to have opened a new store in Saggart today.

Saggart is a lovely heritage village in South Dublin.

Our enthusiastic team are eager to serve you the nicest cup of coffee!

With a spacious and cosy seating area, this most recent Insomnia coffee shop has a fresh and contemporary feel, so you can comfortably relax and treat yourself with a delicious coffee and cake.

 

Our store manager, Elisabeth is excited to lead her new team at Insomnia Saggart, she has worked for Insomnia for a number of years and this is her third store to manage. Her favourite thing about the area is the people, very friendly and kind. Her bet for the local’s favourite coffee is the cappuccinos. Elisabeth likes her coffee black with no milk or sugar – to get the real coffee taste and kick!

Elisabeth shared her excitement this morning “We want everyone to feel welcome here and get the best cup of coffee."

 

 

 

Our Supervisor, Alice, who was already working at Insomnia, feels that this is a great career opportunity to evolve as a barista, she enjoys everything that is creative and inventive, so be prepared for some latte art perfection!

Alice and Michal, our supervisors were delighted to see that Saggart residents couldn’t wait to come in to take a look inside.
