We have just opened a new store in Ballincollig, Cork!

We’re thrilled that our newest Insomnia barista offering has opened in the largest town in County Cork, only 9km west of Cork City. Maxol Ballincollig is the 5th Maxol station to open an Insomnia barista counter, the most recent was in Ballincoolin where Insomnia opened their very first drive thru.

Luminita, our new Insomnia manager in Ballincolllig, has worked in Maxol Ballincollig for over 4 years and in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, so she has a wealth of experience in customer service and knows the regular customers well.  She was thrilled when the new Insomnia was opening in the store as she loves an Espresso Macchiato to get going in the mornings! Luminita said “The addition of Insomnia to the Maxol station will add value to the store for all of our customers looking for another coffee and food range and I’m excited to be a part of the new team”.

If you’re on the way to Cork city this is the perfect place to take a break from the road, with complimentary wifi, modern toilet facilities, and a seating area for 24 customers, our coffee and food can be enjoyed with a relaxing coffee or as a food to go option.
