Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
2. Entry Instructions: To enter follow Insomnia Coffee Company on Instagram @insomniacoffeeco and tell us in the comments how much you love hot chocolate and why you should be chosen!
3. The prize: A team of 6 Insomnia Chocolatiers will decide what will make it onto our upcoming winter hot chocolate menu by tasting our brand-new chocolatey creations inspired by all-time favourites. Each Insomnia Chocolatier will receive a +1 invite and can bring a friend along to the exclusive tasting.
4. Promotional Period: Competition will run from 04/04/2023 to 20/04/2023. The winner will be announced on 02/05/2023
5. Winners will be chosen by a group of Insomnia judges who will select the winners by collectively determining who is most deserving based on entry responses.
6. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via the Instagram account they used to comment on the competition post.
7. Winner Claim: The winner has 3 days from notification to confirm the acceptance of their prize, otherwise Insomnia has the right to reallocate the prize with no liability.
8. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternatives. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with one(s) of an equivalent value should the prizes become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept his or her prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to another participant. Resale of the prize is strictly prohibited.
