A classic edition to our Christmas Menu. Our S’Mores Hot Chocolate is made with luxurious milk Belgian chocolate buttons, a dash of S’Mores Syrup and topped with latte steamed milk and whipped cream. Best enjoyed topped with marshmallows and a sprinkle of chocolate flakes.

The process began with an open call to the most passionate Insomnia customers, inviting them to participate in a unique and immersive experience. These dedicated hot chocolate enthusiasts gathered at Insomnia Baggot Street where they embarked on a thrilling journey to design the ultimate Christmas-themed hot chocolate. The group, affectionately referred to as "The Insomnia Chocolatiers" was given free rein to experiment with a range of ingredients, and after countless trials and tastings, they finally brewed up a magical Hot Chocolate that would redefine the hot chocolate experience this Christmas!

The weather outside may be frightful, but our Red Velvet Cake is oh so delightful. This little taste of heaven is a little bit naughty but a whole lot nice! The vibrant red velvet sponge cake made with vanilla, chocolate flavours, buttermilk and natural red food colouring, topped with cream cheese frosting and red velvet cake crumb is likely to be on everybody's wish list this Christmas.
To go along with our S’Mores Hot Chocolate we’re introducing our soon to be favourite! An indulgent Belgium chocolate brownie with a soft squidgy layer of Marshmallow topped with Biscoff biscuits, chocolate chunks and rich caramel and topped with chocolate drizzle. Yum!
