Our very first coffee shop! We opened all the way back in 1997 in Easons, in the Galway Shopping Centre. 

Insomnia Coffee is Ireland’s leading independent coffee shop chain. Founded in Galway in 1997, serving Rainforest Alliance certified coffee, Belgian hot chocolate, real dairy ice-cream milkshakes, and freshly baked pastries, treats, and sandwiches.
